Everything you need to know about workflow automation, AI-assisted SEO, and how I can help scale your business.
Automation & n8n FAQ
The fundamentals: pricing, platform choices, timelines, and common automation concerns.
How much does workflow automation cost?
Price depends on the systems, business rules, volume, security requirements, and failure handling. I review the workflow first and provide a written scope with deliverables, assumptions, acceptance tests, timing, and a fixed project price before work starts.
Can you automate my specific business process with n8n?
Possibly, but the process has to be assessed first. n8n works well when the systems provide a supported API, webhook, database connection, or reliable file exchange. A good candidate also has stable decision rules, an identifiable source of truth, and a person who owns exceptions.
What's better for my business: Zapier, Make.com, or n8n?
Choose the simplest platform that exposes the trigger, data, and action you need and still meets your recovery, security, and ownership requirements. Zapier often fits straightforward managed integrations. Make provides a visual scenario model. n8n fits richer branching, custom API work, and cloud or self-hosted deployment. A custom service is sometimes safer for durable state or strict network controls.
How long does it take to implement an automation workflow?
The timeline is set after the workflow audit. Access approvals, sandbox availability, data quality, the number of systems, and the acceptance tests often matter more than the number of visible steps. The proposal separates discovery, build, testing, launch, and handoff so progress can be checked at each stage.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the automations you build?
You do not need to edit workflow nodes, but someone on the team must own the business rules and exception queue. The handoff includes configuration notes, an operator runbook, acceptance-test results, and a walkthrough of normal runs, failures, and safe replay.
What happens if something breaks or needs to be updated?
Production workflows include an explicit failure path, a named alert destination, and a recovery procedure. The standard handoff includes 30 days of post-launch support for defects in the agreed scope. Vendor changes and new requirements are reviewed separately so their effect on the workflow is clear.
Can you integrate AI (ChatGPT, Claude) into my workflows?
Yes, when an AI step is appropriate for the risk. I use structured output, source retrieval, field validation, confidence or completeness checks, and human approval where a wrong result could affect a customer, payment, or authoritative record. Deterministic rules remain deterministic instead of being delegated to a model.
How do I get started?
Book the 30-minute fit call and bring one real example of the process, the systems involved, the desired result, and any access or compliance constraints. If there is a fit, I send a written scope. No production access or paid work starts from the initial call alone.
AI SEO & Content Automation FAQ
How AI+automation workflows accelerate research, briefs, publishing, and analytics without risking SEO penalties.
How can AI improve my SEO performance?
AI can help organize Search Console queries, group related topics, prepare source notes, check metadata, and flag pages that need human review. It does not guarantee rankings. Search performance still depends on satisfying the search intent, technical access, credible evidence, useful content, links, competition, and time.
Do you build AI systems for content briefs and internal linking?
Yes. A workflow can crawl allowed site pages, map existing topics, flag orphaned or weakly connected pages, and prepare a brief from approved sources and current search data. A person still verifies search intent, factual claims, first-hand evidence, and the final links before publication.
Can AI SEO automations stay compliant with Google updates?
No workflow can guarantee compliance with every future search-system change. Google advises creating helpful, reliable, people-first content and is concerned with low-value manipulation rather than a tool used in the process. The safe approach is to verify sources, disclose or explain authorship where useful, avoid invented experience, and measure whether pages help the intended reader.
